| Up for sale is this Hardinge HLV-H tool room lathe. This is 230V 3 phase and is 1.5 HP. The spindle is infinitely variable from 125-3000 RPM and it has the tapered Hardinge 4 degree spindle. I bought this machine some time back from a closed factory in Dayton, Ohio and I have never plugged it in or tested it. My intention was to fix and resell but I have not been able to find the time to do so. This is being listed as a “mechanics special” & sold as-is so please purchase knowing it will take some time and work to get up and running. This has an Anilam Wizard 111 DRO on both axis but again, condition is unknown. I do see that the power feed motor was removed at some time but this looks complete otherwise. All the dials and levers move as they should and the spindle rotates freely. This machine is certainly worth the time to fix as the normal price for an HLV-H of this age is $13,000 and up!I have a forklift and will load a trailer or semi at no cost. Palletizing fee is $250. The machine is available for inspection at my shop just outside of Milwaukee, WI. This lathe also has the large metric threading gear box cover. With a metric banjo and the appropriate change gears this lathe will thread metric thread pitches.
